Fair weather to prevail

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize in its latest weather report says that fair weather is expected to prevail over the country today.

The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies with partly cloudy spells tonight with only isolated showers and thunderstorms mostly over the south.

Today’s temperature will be 88 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 94 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 82 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 74 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 70 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-Southeast between 10-20 Knots and the sea state will be choppy-moderate. There will be a high tide at 11:41 a.m. and a low tide at 5:04 p.m. The sun will set at 5:46 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 7:42 p.m.
