By BBN Staff: Yesterday, Freetown Area Representative, Francis Fonseca, visited the Stella Maris school which educates students with diverse abilities.
Joined by Belize City Councillor, Albert Vaughan, Fonseca delivered several sewing machines, materials and supplies to the school’s sewing program.
Fonseca shared on social media, “Stella Maris School is a part of our Freetown Community.”
He added, “In Freetown we believe in inclusion! We have worked closely with Stella Maris for the past 16 years and remain fully committed to ensuring that our children with special needs have the opportunity to lead full and productive lives.”
