Moist and unstable weather to continue

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize in its latest weather report, says that relative moist and unstable conditions will continue to dominate the weather.

The 24-hour forecast calls for Sunny with cloudy spells today and partly cloudy tonight. A few showers and isolated thunderstorms will occur over most areas this morning then mainly inland this afternoon and over the south tonight.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 86 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 90 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 73 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing West-Northwest at 5-10 knots and East at 5-15 knots. The sea state will be slight- light chop.

There will be a high tide at 10:23 a.m. and a low tide at 3:49 p.m. The sun will set at 5:22 p.m. and the moon will set at 6:09 p.m.
