Generally fair weather expected to continue

By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize latest weather report says that generally fair conditions will continue today, with a slight increase in moisture is expected tomorrow.

The 24-hour forecast says that skies will be sunny with a few cloudy spells today and cloudy at times tonight. Showers or thunderstorms will be isolated with a few more over inland areas this afternoon and mostly over the south and some coastal areas tonight.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 88 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 92 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 78 degrees Fahrenheit on the coast, 72 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East at 5-15 knots. The sea state will be light chop.

There will be a high tide at 12:42 p.m. and a low tide at 5:46 p.m. The sun will set at 5:21 p.m. and the moon will rise at 9:16 a.m.
