Belmopan couple busted with weed

By BBN Staff: A couple was charged with intent to supply a controlled drug after they were busted with weed over the weekend.

They are Sherlene and Trevor Nunez.

On Saturday morning police conducted a search at their residence on Blue Hole Street in Belmopan, which led to the discover of a book bag.

A search of that book bag led to the discovery of three parcels of suspected cannabis which weighed 23,570 grams.
