Four people shot in Belize City over the weekend

By BBN Staff: Four people were shot in Belize City over the weekend.

Each of those victims survived the attacks on their lives, however, police are yet to make arrests or establish any motives.

The first shooting occurred around 7:00 on Friday night.

Lamar Lamb and Daniel Lopez were walking on Neal Pen Road when someone walked up to them and opened fire.

They were both rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) and listed in a stable condition.

On Saturday night Alledia Morey and Alrick Smith were walking towards a car on Curl Thompson Street when they came under fire.

They both sustained minor gunshot injuries and were treated at and released from the KHMH.

Police say that in both incidents they continue to collect information.
