Armed culprits rob Dollar grocery story

By BBN Staff: Two armed culprits robbed Dollar grocery store on Water Lane in Belize City last night.

According to police reports, the proprietor was inside the store when two men arrived.

One of the men pointed a gun at the proprietor while the other culprit stole an Apple brand cell phone and an undisclosed amount of cash from the cash register.

The men also stole the DVR system then escaped.

Investigations are ongoing.
