Team Belize defeats Nicaragua at volleyball

By BBN Staff: Belize’s U-18 squad continues to perform extremely well at the Central American Female Volleyball Championship in San Carlos, Costa Rica.

Yesterday the team recorded its second victory by defeating Nicaragua.

In the first set, Belize won 25-23.

In the second set, the gap was increased to 25-17.

However, the third set ended closely with Belize again on top 25-23.

Today Belize is hoping to add Costa Rica to the list of teams it has defeated.
