Team Belize gets commanding victory over Guatemala in volleyball championship

By BBN Staff:  Belize’s U-18 squad rebounded from a loss to Costa Rica with a victory over Guatemala in the Central American Female Volleyball Championship in San Carlos, Costa Rica today.

In the first set Belize edged out Guatemala 26-24.

In the second set we won again 25-14.

Finally, in the third set we sealed the deal with 25-14.

Tomorrow at 3 o’clock team Belize will face El Salvador.

And so with 3 out of 4 victories our country’s hopes remain alive.
