Two Belize city residents busted with over 16 pounds of weed and ammunition

By BBN Staff: Rivree Flores and Tavor Santos were both arrested and charged last night for two counts of possession of controlled drugs with intent to supply to another and kept firearm without a gun license.

Police conducted searches at a home on Jude street in Belize City last night and found a black bag containing 352 grams of suspected cannabis in one area of the yard and seven parcels of suspected cannabis amounting to 16 pounds in another area.

Officers also found one .9mm magazine. 

Both persons were present at the time of the search.

They were detained and charged.
