US Embassy extends condolences to families of accident victims

By BBN Staff: The United States (US) Embassy in Belize issued a statement today extending its condolences to the families of the victims of the fatal traffic accident on the George Price Highway yesterday which claimed several lives, including two American tourists.

“We are working to provide support to the U.S. citizen victims and their families,” the statement said.

The embassy says that out of respect for all involved, they have no further comment at this time.
