American national found dead inside blue plastic drum

By BBN Staff: Authorities in Hopkins are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of an American woman.

Police reports indicate that a concerned citizen told police that 50-year-old Wendi Jane Dardano was not answering her phone.

Police went to Dardano’s home around 2:00 p.m. yesterday and met her common-law-husband.

After searching the home, police found the woman’s body inside a blue plastic drum that was being used to dispose of garbage.

One suspect has been detained pending investigation.
