Edwardo, Lourdes Wade and Mayra Alcoser to be laid to rest today

By BBN Staff: Edwardo, his daughter Lourdes Wade and his daughter-in-law, Mayra Alcoser lost their lives on November 27 in a tragic traffic accident near Mile 17 on the George Price Highway.

The family was traveling in their red SUV when it collided into a tour van claiming their lives and the lives of four passengers of the van.

The Belmopan community and the country mourns the loss of Edwardo, a former assistant commissioner of police, Lourdes – an employee of the Social Security Board and Mayra – an employee of Scotiabank.

The funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. today at the University of Belize gymnasium in Belmopan.

May their souls rest in peace. BBN extends its deepest condolences to the families.
