UPDATE: One dead in road traffic accident on the Hummingbird Highway

By BBN Staff: Breaking Belize News (BBN) has confirmed that one person is dead and another is hospitalized after a road traffic accident occurred a short while ago on the Hummingbird Highway.

A van transporting Development Finance Employees (DFC) employees and another vehicle were involved in the accident which occurred in Pomona Village, Stann Creek.

Police are currently at the scene.
