Traffic accident claims another life

By BBN Staff:  A road traffic accident has claimed the life of Bullet Tree resident, Manuelito Ye.

According to reports, Ye was knocked down on Saturday morning on Bullet Tree road and sustained serious body injuries.

Ye was transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for medical treatment, however, he died last night.

Ye was a park ranger who worked at the Cahal Pech Archeological Reserve.

The National Institute of Culture and History and the Institute of Archeology have each extended their condolences to Ye’s family.
