Police: Phillip Roberts killed in ongoing rivalry

By BBN Staff: We had previously reported on the murder of Phillip Roberts, 33.

Today police claimed that his death comes as a result of feuding groups in the village of Hattieville.

According to police, measures will be taken to address and bring that feud to an end shortly.

At around 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, Roberts stepped out of his house in the Farmers Site area to throw away scraps from dinner.

However, that was when he came under gunfire.

He was rushed for medical attention but succumbed to his injuries an hour later.
