Man found chopped to death in Toledo District

By BBN Staff: Police are trying to identify a body found early this morning on the San Antonio road in Southern Belize.

Police found the body near a bus stop close to the junction with the Southern Highway. The victim was seen with chop wounds o the face and hands.

He was reportedly wearing a white T-shirt, long black jeans and black tennis shoes. The body was transported to the local morgue pending identification and a post-mortem examination.
