Murder victim identified as Jalacte resident

By BBN Staff: Police have identified the victim who was found dead near the bus stop at the junction of the Southern Highway and the San Antonio Road yesterday morning.

The victim was identified as Marcario Ical of Jalacte Village, Toledo District.

Ical’s body was observed with large wounds suggesting he was chopped to death.

His body was discovered in a pool of blood and a large cut to his face.

An investigation is ongoing.
