Cool weather to prevail

By BBN Staff:  The latest weather report, prepared by the National Meteorological Service of Belize, says that mainly fair and cool weather conditions will prevail over the area.

The 24-hour forecast calls for mostly sunny skies today and partly cloudy to clear tonight. Little or no rainfall is expected.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 78 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 78 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 72 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 68 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 62 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 58 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing North-Northwest between 10-20 knots and the sea state will be moderate. There will be high tide at 9:38 a.m. and low tide at 2:13 p.m.

The sun will set at 5:24 p.m. and the moon will set at 4:15 p.m.
