Man shot on Christmas Day

By BBN Staff:  A man was shot in Belize City’s southside earlier today.

He has been identified as Daniel Alexander Bennett, 23.

He was reportedly on Vernon Street when someone opened fire at him.

Our police sources indicate he received gunshot injuries to the mouth.

He has since been transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where he is receiving treatment.
