Authorities retrieve body of Oscar Cornel

By BBN Staff: BBN has confirmed with relatives that authorities have retrieved the body of missing Trial Farm councilor Oscar Cornel.

Cornel was travelling in a vessel captained by his brother in law, Mario Rosales when they crashed into another vessel captained by Jermaine Williams. Williams vessel was carrying tourists.

Rosales, Williams and the tourists were all rescued but Cornel remained missing at sea.

The search and rescue continues last night and this morning with hopes of finding Cornel alive.
