San Pedro community mourns passing of Domingo Perez

By BBN Staff: The San Pedro Community is mourning the passing of former councilor, Domingo Perez. Perez is the father of PUP standard-bearer, Andre Perez.

Domingo resided in San Pedro for many years and served his community honorably as a councilor.

“Mr. P” as he was affectionately known as an entrepreneur who chose to make San Pedro his home. He believed in hard and honest work.

The People’s United Party (PUP) issued a statement expressing its condolences to Perez’ family and friends.

Belize Rural South Area Representative, Manuel Heredia Jr. also extended condolences to the Perez family.

“Mr. Perez resided in San Pedro for many years and served his community honorably as a counselor of the San Pedro Town Council. We pray for his family at their time of sadness and loss. May God bless them all,” Heredia stated.

May his soul rest in peace.
