By BBN Staff: Authorities are investigating a chopping incident that occurred on Sunday morning in Bullet Tree, Cayo.

Two men were reportedly socializing at El Ranchito Bar in the village when 2 persons who they know approached and chopped them.

One of the victims was chopped to his head and hands and the other to his head and chin.

Both men were transported to the hospital for medical treatment.

Police are investigating.
