Minors remanded for Belize City burglary

By BBN Staff: Two minors have been remanded to the Wagner’s Youth Facility at the Belize Central Prison.

That is because one was charged with burglary and the other with burglary and aggravated assault.

Their charges originated last week when they were caught burglarizing a shop on Lakeview Street in Belize City.

Police ordered them to stop but they allegedly motioned to cops with knives during which they were both shot in their legs.

While those two have since been remanded, a third suspect remains at large.
