Police: Elderly citizen inebriated hours before death

By BBN Staff: On Saturday afternoon we reported that a senior citizen was found dead in a creek in San Antonio, Toledo.

Today we can confirm that he is Ponciano Coy, 88.

Coy left home on Friday and reportedly returned extremely inebriated later that day.

However, he left after that and was not found until Saturday when he had passed away.

Police say that no foul play is suspected.
