Posted: Thursday, January 2, 2020. 4:09 pm CST.

By BBN Staff: Our newsroom has received confirmed reports that a vehicle collided into a Chinese establishment on Fabers Road in Belize City.

We understand that police received a tip of a group of men traveling in a van with unlicensed weapons near mile 13 of the George Price highway.

That quickly led to a high-speed chase during which the van collided into the shop.

The occupants of the vehicle have since been detained.

It is not yet known if officers were in fact able to recover any unlicensed weapons.
