Disturbing reports of abuse in Belize city

By BBN Staff: BBN has received disturbing reports of an incident on Lovely Lane in Belize city tonight in which a man reportedly abused several children, with one reported fatality.

Details are scarce at this time but BBN understands that a 3-year-old was reportedly beaten to death by a step-parent. Two others were reportedly severaly beaten with a blunt object.

Reports are that the children were also sexually assaulted.

Police are currently seeking the man suspected of the crime. BBN also understands that the suspect had been charged with aggravated assault in 2018 as well as robbery and attempted murder in 2014.
