Activist Rocio Quiroz calls on business community to offer reward for capture of murder suspect

Posted: Saturday, January 11, 2020. 10:23 am CST.

By BBN Staff: Belmopan based activist, Rocio Quiroz, contacted Breaking Belize News today to make a plea to the business community to come together and offer a reward for the capture of the suspect who committed a truly atrocious act of violence against three children last night in Belize city, reportedly sexually assaulting them and bludgeoning them with a hammer, gruesomely killing a three-year-old baby.

Quiroz says she begins the plea by making a $100 pledge toward the capture of the main suspect, who is also the step-father of the children.

Reports indicate that the children were sexually assaulted and beaten with a hammer.

The suspect, who has an extensive rap sheet, currently remains on the run.
