Reward for turning in accused child-killer up to $5,000

By Aaron Humes: The reward to find fugitive alleged child killer Kenrick Longsworth is now up to $5,000 according to Commissioner of Police Chester Williams.

Williams announced this evening that the successful tipster gets cash in hand once Longsworth is found.

On the other hand, he reminded, it is an offense to harbor a fugitive and anyone guilty will be prosecuted.

Longsworth has been formally identified as a suspect in the brutal assault Friday night of three young boys, one of whom has since died.
