Moist weather continues

The latest weather report from the National Meteorological Service of Belize is predicting that cloudy and moist conditions will continue today due to a moderate east-northeasterly airflow.

The 24-hour forecast calls for some cloudy spells today and partly cloudy skies tonight. A few showers and possible isolated thunderstorms will continue over most areas this morning, becoming isolated this afternoon and tonight.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 82 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 78 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 76 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 70 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 64 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-Northeast between 10-20 knots and the sea state will be moderate to rough. A small craft caution remains in effect for occasionally rough seas.

There will be a low tide at 7:06 a.m. and a high tide at 1:11 p.m..

The sun will set at 5:37 p.m. and the moon will rise at 9:49 p.m..
