Suspect in Timroy Neal murder surrenders himself to police

By BBN Staff: David Cruz, 26, has been charged with murder.

His alleged victim is Timroy Neal.

Neal was standing near a shop in Roaring Creek on the night of December 12, 2019 when he was shot multiple times to the head.

The entire incident was caught on camera.

Since then Cruz had been sought but yesterday he surrendered himself to Belmopan police.
