Police rule out robbery and drug war in death of Glenford Bermudez

By BBN Staff: Shortly after 6 o’clock on Friday night there was a murder in Dangriga, Stann Creek.

The victim was identified as Glenford Bermudez.

Police say he was at his business establishment, Hide and Seek bar, situated in the Wagierale area of town.

That was when two men on a bicycle rode up to the bar and one of them reportedly fired the fatal shots at him.

Police have not yet detained anyone and are looking to establish a motive.

Police have since ruled out robbery and the war for drug turf as possible motives.

However, police have confirmed that the victim was known to them
