Paraiso resident charged for murder

By BBN Staff: Paraiso resident, Jesus Monteroso, was charged today for the crime of murder.

Monteroso is being accused of stabbing Daniel Cano multiple times on Sunday morning.

Cano was reportedly socializing at a home in the village when an altercation ensued and he was stabbed multiple times.

He was taken to the Corozal Community Hospital for medical treatment but died shortly after.
