Some, 45 participants gathered at the BTEC office on Freetown Road today, to receive their certificates and mark the culmination of
three-weeks worth of work doing Administrative Assistant Training.

“The program covered both the soft and technical skills necessary to prepare participants for work as effective administrative professionals. Some of the topics covered included time management, conflict management, organizational skills, professional etiquette and much more,” BTEC said.

The center added that it hopes the program will contribute greatly to the future accomplishments of the participants.
