“Weak cold front to influence the weather,” says Met Service

By BBN Staff: The latest weather report from the National Meteorological Service of Belize says that a weak cold front just north of the area will influence our weather.

The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny and warm today, then partly cloudy and fairly cool tonight. Little or no rainfall is expected.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 80 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 76 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 78 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 72 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 66 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing North-Northwest between 10-20 knots and the sea state will be choppy-moderate.

There will be a high tide at 9:27 a.m. and a low tide at 2:16 p.m.

The sun will set at 5:50 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 4:23 p.m.
