Generally fair weather expected

Generally fair weather is expected today as a light to moderate East-Southeasterly airflow prevails over the country, according to the latest weather report from the National Meteorological Service of Belize.

The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies with some cloudy spells today and partly cloudy skies tonight. Showers will be isolated.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 88 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 80 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 72 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 68 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East-Southeast at between10-20 knots and the sea state will be moderate.

There will be high tide at 11:16 a.m. and low tide at 4:51 p.m.

The sun will set at 5:52 p.m. and the moon will rise today at 7:35 p.m.
