Saldivar says he’s “Waiting for my party to decide way forward”

By BBN Staff: This morning, former Minister of National Security and UDP Leader elect, John Saldivar appeared on Love FM’s Morning Show and when asked about the way forward, Saldivar said that he is waiting for his party to decide on the way forward.

During the segment, Saldivar admitted that he received money from Lev Dermen and that he lied about it because it would have made way for Patrick Faber to win the UDP convention and would have ‘demoralized’ his colleagues.

He also added that revealing it before the convention would have been detrimental to his party.

But Saldivar denied traveling to Belize with more than the required amount of money and also denied any form of wrongdoing on his part.

“All the way leading up to the convention that was being hammered, John Saldivar bribery and corruption. I still won the convention handsomely,” Saldivar asserted.
