Corozal House of Culture to celebrate 8th anniversary

By BBN Staff: The National Institute of Culture and History (NICH), through the Museum of Belize, is inviting the public to the 8th anniversary celebration of The Corozal House of Culture.

This year’s celebration will honor and highlight the historical landmarks of Corozal Town.

The Corozal House of Culture has partnered with Corozal Junior College’s 2nd-year tourism students who will be eagerly awaiting your arrival to tour you through the Corozal Town Historical Walk.

The Historical Walk was inaugurated in 2017 as an initiative of the Corozal House of Culture showcasing landmarks from the 1800’s and early 1900’s. It has become a great educational activity with visitors and residents.

Tours beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the House of Culture on Monday, February 24.
