Estimated 10,000 turn out for PUP demonstration, party’s largest gathering in years

By BBN Staff: Supporters, standard bearers, Area Representatives, and former Government officials of the PUP are marching the principal streets of Belize City.

Sources say that the estimated amount of Belizeans walking in the PUP’s ‘Save Belize Now’ march is estimated at around 10,000.

Over 150 buses from across the country arrived in Belize City for the rally.

The Save Belize Now demonstration was organized by the PUP as an anti-corruption march and telling the current UDP administration to call the elections now.
