By Aaron Humes: It’s not easy getting more than 15,000 people to the center of Belize City on a Sunday afternoon to participate in a demonstration no less.
But the Opposition People’s United Party pulled it off with some help and organization.
In a short release, it thanked the Police, the Belize City Council, bus owners and others who assisted in the march’s success.
The PUP reminds that it’s supporters came out to endorse change, demand early general elections and condemn the present administration, and that it intends, if elected, to do better.
