Posted: Friday, February 28, 2020. 6:26 pm CST.

By BBN Staff: The Belize Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI)’s Executive Council and Secretariat issued a statement extending sincerest and deepest of condolences to the families and colleagues of the four Belize Defence Force (BDF) officers who lost their lives in the most unfortunate BDF U1H1 helicopter incident in the area of Gales Point.

The BCCI’s prayers and thoughts are with the parents, siblings and loved ones of the officers.

“Recognizing the fact that there are no words that could ever truly console the loved ones of these four brave soldiers, it is important for everyone to join the families, loved ones, and colleagues of these men offering our prayers and assistance in any which way we can,” said BCCI’s President, Nikita Usher.
