By BBN Staff: Today Justice Colin Williams found Manuel Pacheco, 58, not guilty of murder.
With today’s verdict, Pacheco left court a free man.
In June 2018 Pacheco reportedly shot and killed his neighbor, Jose Manuel Villanueva, 50.
The two were on East Collet Canal when an argument ensued and Villanueva was shot.
