Police officer, Allen Bonner, in trouble for harassing citizen who refused to fist bump

By BBN Staff: Over the weekend a video clip went viral of a police officer aggressing a citizen.

The officer in question appears to be Allen Bonner, and his victim, Jimmy Robinson.

The two were standing near a street side vendor waiting for food when Bonner attempted to bump fists with Robinson.

However, Robinson refused and that was when Bonner approached him and pulled out a knife.

Video footage captured the entire standoff, in which, fortunately, neither parties were injured.

Commissioner of Police, Chester Williams, indicated that he has since been in contact with Robinson.

The footage has since been forwarded to the Police Professional Branch and the Commissioner has indicated action will be taken.
