By Aaron Humes: Belmopan police are looking for two Hispanic men who held up a pair of women in the capital on Saturday night.

Police report that the women, who are friends, were in Harriet Topsey Park along the Ring Road when they were approached by the men, both dressed in all black and wearing hoodies.

One of the men demanded their phones and money and took a white Samsung Galaxy S4 and a black Samsung Galaxy Note 9, total value $2,900.

To stall, one of the women asked to remove their chips from the phone, but when they took too long the impatient robbers took the phones away and fled.

Police investigations continue.
