Belize Water Services encourages customers to use electronic means to conduct business 

By BBN Staff: Belize Water Services says that as a part of preparations and preventative measures regarding COVID-19, they are encouraging customers to utilize telephone and electronic means of contact to conduct business and to utilize online banking to make payments.

Remote Contact – Customers can contact BWS via:

• Toll-free telephone to 0-800-CALL-BWS (0-800-225-297)

or 0-800-BWS-LEAK (0-800-297-5325)

• Regular telephone to 222-4757 or any of the listed

branch offices

• WhatsApp to 614-2975
• Email to [email protected]

Customers are encouraged to utilize their commercial bank to make online payment to BWS.

Those who have not already done so, should contact their bank for setting up the online payment option.

Customers with Visa or Mastercard credit cards (regardless of issuing bank), can visit Atlantic Bank’s homepage (www.atlabank.com) and use the Bill Pay with credit card option.

You will need to have your BWS account number and meter number on hand.

Note that this option will show you the outstanding balance and due date.
