Frederick Williams, 18, dies from gunshot wounds

By BBN Staff:  Frederick Williams, 18, who was shot last night in Belize City has died.

According to reports,  he was at home with two others when a gunman forced open the door to their lower flat and fired several shots at him. He was hit several times to the body and was rushed to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital for treatment.

He had undergone emergency surgery for his injuries but died this morning from his injuries.

BBN also understands Williams may have been involved in an altercation with another person earlier this week which was caught on camera.

Police are investigating.
