By BBN Staff: As the tourism industry reels from mass cancellations due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, McNab Visuals, the company that brings you the Caribbean Culture and Lifestyle Magazine, is waiving a month’s subscription fees for current customers and offering free exposure for the next month to all tourism-related businesses.

Current customers will have their subscription fees waived for the next 30 days and will be receiving correspondence from the company directly within the next few days. Businesses hoping to take advantage of the offer can send an email to [email protected].

Tanya McNab, Creative Director of McNab Visuals, explained that the gesture is a way of helping the tourism sector cope with difficult economic times brought on by the global pandemic, and as such, there is no obligation for those that used the platform during the offer period to continue once the initiative has expired.

“I think it is a part of everyone’s corporate special responsibility to really think outside of donating money here or there and think about how we can really help each other,” McNab said. “All we ask in return for this is that you monitor your referral website traffic to track how Caribbean Lifestyle is helping to drive visitors to your site.”

She also noted that they will be encouraging businesses to use the exposure to promote specials and other initiatives for the summer,given the current state of global travel. The initiative comes at a time when tourism-related businesses are in crisis, with many businesses recording massive losses in revenue and some making the difficult decision of cutting costs by laying off staff members.
