“Easterly airflow to make it a cloudy day,” says Met Service

The National Meteorological Service of Belize’s latest weather report says that a gentle to moderate easterly airflow will prevail over the country.

The 24-hour forecast calls for a few cloudy spells today and partly cloudy tonight. Showers will be isolated with a few more over the south.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 92 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 82 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 77 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 78 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 66 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

Winds will be blowing East between 10‐20 knots and the sea state will be choppy.

High tide will come in at 8:31 a.m. and low tide will occur at 1:43 p.m.

The sun will set at 6:03 p.m. and the moon will rise tomorrow at 5:55 a.m.
