Tropic Air suspends flights to Belmopan and San Ignacio

By BBN Staff: Tropic Air informed today that it is suspending all flights to Belmopan and San Ignacio.

The last flight for Belmopan will be on Saturday, March 21st.

The last flight for San Ignacio will be on Sunday, March 22nd. Cargo service for both stations is suspended immediately.

Unfortunately, these cuts have become necessary due to the extraordinary circumstances being brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We look forward to continuing to serve Belize as we recover from this worldwide challenge,” Tropic said in a statement.
