By Dr. Bernard Bulwer: Today I want to salute the heart of a true patriot, Dr. Andre Sosa, Medical Chief of Staff, Belize Health Care Partners, Belize City.

I knew this young man’s parents. We worked at the same institution, BUT I NEVER KNEW HIS HEART, UNTIL NOW!!!

HIS PROPOSAL IS A LIFE-SAVING OPTION … FOR BELIZE! Because I maintain that treating Covid-19 patients at the KHMH risks becoming a real national disaster. Managing COVID-19 patients is not an ordinary medical undertaking. (We see what happens in advanced equipped nations. Covid-19 plus crippling the already challenged services at the KHMH … unlike any thing we’ve experienced.)

Belizeans at home and abroad need to rally to DR. SOSA’S OFFER, and support HIS WISE, UNSELFISH, SACRIFICIAL, PATRIOTIC VISION to use the Belize Health Care Partners for Covid-19 patients, plus find a way to support their financial sacrifice (with compensatory financial help, when the time comes).
